rance Wedding Planner assists you in planning your wedding every step of the way.
Following an initial phone call to determine both your budget and needs, we then arrange the following:
- Propose venues that address your group size and negotiate the best possible price for your budget
- Source local service providers and establish costs for catering, beverages, entertainment, DJ, flowers, decor, hair and makeup, as well as transportation
- Finalize total wedding budget
- Do site inspections of wedding venues and menu tastings
- Provide a detailed wedding schedule for the day of your wedding or for your wedding weekend
- Propose and book wedding accommodations, research hotel wedding packages
- Organize additional wedding activities such as guided tours of Paris, wine tastings, cooking classes, shopping tours
- Provide on-site coordination on the day of the wedding
Note: All wedding venue research and negotiation requires an up-front planning fee of 500€ plus 19.6% VAT Tax that can be applied to the total wedding budget.
All wedding services listed here are included in your overall wedding budget.

Photography
e have an award-winning photographer who is able to take 'documentary-style' photography, capturing the most precious moments of your wedding experience from the preparations of the bride and groom to that final dance.
Instead of the traditional wedding album, you may prefer to take advantage of our unique Web-based wedding album that allows you to put your photos on line, and have a 'guestbook' that the wedding party can add to with their own special memories and photos.
Videography
e are able to arrange for a videographer to capture every single moment of your special event. Your personal ceremony and reception video will then be formatted and put on DVD, so you can relive the memories for years to come.
Music
e have access to some of the finest musicians in France specializing in a wide range of musical styles: classical, jazz, pop, and world music, as well as ethnic music appealing to different audiences.
Floral
raditional trailing bouquets, flamboyant corsages, chic modern posies are just the beginning of what we can offer to turn your event into a true mariage français. Based around your choice of a particular style, colour or flower we will theme the floral decoration of your wedding or reception with the subtle delicacy that would only be noticed if it wasn't there.

ur customized speeches reflect your life story. Written by an essayist and author, who has lengthy experience working with our clients, he will come up with the perfect text that truly expresses who you are and how deeply you feel.

Private Guides
e can arrange for a private guide to lead custom tours for you and your wedding party. We work only with trained, experienced guides, who are either university-educated native English speakers or French national guides who speak flawless English. Both have the people skills to make Americans and other English-speakers feel at home in France. Our multilingual guides also have fluency in Spanish, Italian, Russian, German and Chinese, both Mandarin and Cantonese.
