Besides organizing the Paris wedding of the publisher of Seattle Bride at the Hotel Meurice in Paris ( a wedding featured in another bridal magazine), Rachel has organized church and chateaux weddings, as well as weddings in rose gardens, private yachts, and at the Eiffel Tower.
Rachel Kaplan specializes in making the impossible possible, such as creating a wedding for 18 guests from Saudi Arabia in three days. This included picking out and altering the wedding gown, hiring a private yacht on the Seine, ordering an American-style wedding cake, and arranging for the videography and photography for the entire event.
